Michael and finance were great! Car was not perfect (no used car is) but some things could have been mentioned prior to arrival. All in all, repairs were made and happy with purchase.

Stay away from this dealership. They tell you whatever they have to on the phone and even will allow you to negotiate prices down from the listing. However when it gets down to the final details they jacked the price back up by throwing in fees that were never shown. They also want to make you pay an additional amount for CPO even though the advertise price showed CPO. This raised the price over $2500 from the listing and what the salesman and I had agreed to verbally. I told them I had another deal in the works and they were going to lose my business. I guess they thought I was bluffing and pushed a little too hard. After I went and bought a car somewhere else they repeatedly contacted me to try to get me to come back to the deal I had originally offered. They were just too greedy and deceitful. Close to flat out lying to do whatever it takes to get you in the door only to switch and connive you later. Buyer beware. There are fair places to deal with but this is NOT one of them.

This car was 16,000.00 now I see they have increase the price to 16,250.00. I ask to send information on this car so I can give to my bank, they wanted to use their financial service but I want to go through my bank, at that point since the winter ❄️ storm ⛈ came and I didn’t get a chance to go into my bank, plus now they have increased the price that’s a sign for me to move on and keep looking.

The manner in which staff communicated is not acceptable. As examples, they assume I am unable to communicate in English because of my surname. I also do not appreciate being referred to as a bro. More importantly, the vehicle price was not as advertised.
