Great sales team - kind and knowledgeable. Car looked brand new and cleaned up nicely.

This dealer would not give a straight answer about pricing via email or text, but would try to get you to come into their showroom and hold you their for hours to wear you out until you give in and buy a vehicle for the price and all the addons they trick you into. I did not have time to drive to their showroom and have asked them repeatedly to give me an honest price via email, they kept giving me the run around until I decided that they are not the people I want to make a deal with. I ended up contacting another dealer who did not waste my time and gave me a quote via email and ended up buying from them. I would not recommend Coughlin Nissan.

Absolutely the worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told twice the vehicle i was interested in was ready to test drive. The first time they tried to sell me a different vehicle, the one I drove an hour for wasn't ready. I was also told financing fell through because of year and I needed to consider a newer one. This was also a lie, thankfully the salesman and manager were reading from different scripts. The second time was a week later the manager told me everything was ready, again I drove over an hour. Just before getting there they messaged it might not be ready today maybe I should take wife to dinner, shop and enjoy the day. Turns out it was still in there shop. The staff I dealt with were the most dishonest, unethical and unprofessional salespeople I've met in my 50 years. Worth noting the guy trying to sell me on a newer car was uneducated on vehicles and tried to convince me the rating on the aftermarket hitch was the vehicle max tow. Horrible business
