David and his team are professionals. They care about their business, reputation and finding a good fit of car to a person. His cars are well kept, clean and he and his team are incredibly knowledgeable on cars. I didn’t purchase the Honda because last minute I could not scramble funds to cover insurance, plates, etc. and David spent so much time on me, endlessly patient and kind. He held the car for me, others were interested and I was broken hearted I couldn’t buy it. I didn’t factor in additional fees. Even though he missed 2 other sales on the car, he was kind to me throughout. His staff were kind to me. I would without hesitation purchase a vehicle from him. He is a rare breed. A handshake and his word mean something to him. He will not do a bad deal with his customers. I think very highly of this business.

Miscommunication of when we were to come pick up the car, originally told 10am the next day, that turned into 1/3pm which turned into 4:30. They said they’d fix/remove the sunroof cover, side mirror controls, and fuel cover. All they did was take out the sunroof cover and destroy the edges of it in the process during all that time and did not fix the other things. Also they didn’t plan ahead to make sure they had the oil needed for a change despite promising to do one, which added more time when it finally came in and they could quickly do it. Ended up missing a family reunion due to their lack of communication and time management.

Right after I got the car and stopped running it overheated I had to put new spark plugs in it. I had to change the oil I had to buy a starter. I had to buy a thermostat at tons of antifreeze and the car still don’t run. he said he was gonna come out a couple times to look at it. He never did.

They were attentive to our needs and concerns and addressed the issues we had and we were pleased with the easiness of the purchasing experience. We ended up buying the car and would buy from them again.

Dealer never responded to me couldn't even respond with its not available, to bad I was really interested in buying it for cash outright. DISAPOINTED.
