I drove an hour away to come look at a car. Left a $500 deposit on a car, received a phone call later saying someone else bought the car up front and my deposit would be refunded. Besides from that, they had great communication and flexibility when it came to test driving the car, was very upset to hear it was sold to someone else just because they offered more. They kept calling the next day to apologize and offer other cars to look at, however I didn’t want a different car and am overall very disappointed about how this played out.

This dealer is dishonest.......they dodged all questions asked, and then stopped answering phone when I confronted them about inflating the contract in excess of 4500... gave them a chance to do the right thing.... Although the General Manager admitted to me that there were indeed two contracts .. he spent his time about half hour talking about himself .. My friend witnessed and heard him say ... i see two contracts & we can definitelty make the correction ... That turned into the sales department & the finance department failing to answer my questions in follow up phone calls... Still waiting for that call .. The GM talked about his great amount of experience .. Too bad its more about him than the customer..
