Very nice place is clean and comfortable

This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle without physically seeing or driving it. The sales representative, Quintin, was very helpful and made me comfortable throughout the transaction. If it were not for him, it's possible I would not have purchased the vehicle. Quintin was able to send me clear videos with him driving the vehicle and didn't try to hide any cosmetic damages that existed. The whole process went pretty smooth. The only issue I had was with the financing. I was promised one rate, but at the end, the rate went up slightly, but I didn't notice the change until after I signed off on everything. Fortunately, the rate change was very minimal. The dealer was able to arrange shipping from Ohio to Georgia, and it went off without a hitch once the deal was made. I'm feeling very lucky to have found the vehicle I wanted. The dealership as a whole was easy to work with.

Wonderful buying experience! Caleb and Kaleb made the experience of buying a new vehicle extremely simple. The app they published the vehicle for sale on was accurate. When I called, Kaleb had all the vehicle information available to answer all of my questions, which was important as I live an hour away. The look over was pleasant as Kaleb was present to answer my questions while going through the vehicle. When we went to talk numbers, some additional offers such as extended warranties were an offered as option, not a 'must haves'. At no time were there any pushy salesman tactics. They were both professional and understanding. Their website said no additional fees or other cost overtures, and they were not kidding. The price was the price we negotiated. From first contact, to driving off the lot with the new vehicle made my 5 star rating a solid choice. I live in Indiana, but the experience has made me a repeat customer and well worth the drive. Exceptional work gentlemen.
