From the initial phone call to the purchase of my truck, everyone was incredibly honest and nice through the entire process. My experience was awful with this dealership. Chris Capone was extremely disrespectful, rude, pushy, and was gaslighting. He did not care to try to work with pricing, told me right away that I will not get what I asked for, even laughing in my face. Chris Capone acted as if conversations (about things that needed to be fixed with the vehicle) did not happen and he “didn’t know” about any thing previously brought up. Car was dirty when I test drove it, twice. The worst experience at a car dealership with this salesman, Chris Capone. Will never be back and I will let all friends and family know how this dealership is and allows people like Chris Capone to still be employed there.
