Sent a message regarding the car. Was told the vehicle would be held until I could arrive on Saturday. The day prior while confirming my appointment I was informed the vehicle had been sold. Very unhappy. Will not take my business there or recommend.

I have really good experience people are really nice and helpful but if you’re buying used vehicles then please try to visit in morning or afternoon time so when you receive your vehicle you make sure it’s properly detailed in my situation we came late and purchasing take time my car wasn’t cleaned properly it need detailing I came from far place so can’t visit back just for proper interior cleaning

Great service. I think that the single misg important thing I associate with SF center is finding used cars with low mileage previously owned by quality folks and who are worth investing in. I liked a car 3 years old with 5000 miles only , looking almost new with them repairing minor scratches of leather seat etc and for a 22K price reduction compared to the same car new model. Hence I started to pay attention to such deals and I doubt it’s very common in other centers than SF which in interim moved to a tester bigger more updated location likely resulting in acquiring more variety of cars. The I worked with, not a very good sales person but personally yet very upfront who got things done.fixed the car fast, gave me a bit of discount etc making this a good deal for myself who never thought about iyrchading an used car. So overall, I had a fruitful experience, changing my perspective moving forward. Subsequently I looked at oth et big beautiful Mercedes cars and thought about getting

My experience with this dealer was the worse I have ever had. They told me I needed to come down to their dealership soon for the car, it’s a 4hr drive for me. I made an appointment for the next day. During the day before, I spoke to the salesman, setting up the sale, financing etc. He stopped contacting me around 4pm, I called him right before they closed at 8pm. That is when he told me the car that he spent all day preparing to sell to me was sold to another person. He also said a manager would call me that night and no one called till the next morning. The manager was very understanding and that experience was better. However after my experience with the salesman I would never buy a car from Mercedes Benz San Jose ever. I had never been so disrespected and disappointed while making a deal before. If he had simply told me someone else was in the process of buying, I would have said ok and moved on. Instead he set up financing with me, but the other parties just went through first.

Terrible. They had the worst communication. Strung us along and then sold the car out from under us when we were on our way to see it. I would not recommend this dealership.
