I spent approximately five days working with the dealership and had progressed into the financing stage of the transaction. While this may have been a matter of poor timing, I was informed shortly after my credit was pulled that the vehicle was no longer available. I had previously signed a proposal that was provided to me with only a relatively minor request but was committed to purchasing the vehicle. Given that this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I feel there was a missed opportunity to deliver the level of customer service and “white-glove” experience one would reasonably expect. I want to note that I had no issues with the salesperson I worked with.

Told they would honor the internet price listed. Felt was too good to be true so screenshot sent to salesman to confirm that yes this price would be honored if I waited for the car to be transported. They said. Yes. Yes we will. Car shows up and I get message telling me sorry they have to increase price 3k above listed price. Just shady. Also stop using this as a strategy to generate leads and sell buyer information creating buyer profiles based on clicks and follow up.
