I'd give them a minus five stars if I could. This would've been my second purchase here after being time-tortured-to-succumb on the first. I releuctantly tried again, and again nothing was easy despite my request of my limited time to visit. They massively undervalued my trade, keeping me there far longer than I had time. I also brought a pre-approved bank note for financing, but they wanted me to sit with financing to do a option contract. So I left. They immediately called me minutes later and harrassed me to return to sign if I wanted it, due to "company policy." I did not. All further inquires went unanswered until after the car sold, then they wanted to upsell me. I would STRONGLY advise to AVOID this dealership at all costs.

The car condition was not presented properly. Car was not detailed, had several large dings. 2 tires needed replacement. How could they put CERTIFIED car on the lot ready to sell with tires that need to be replaced. Zina does not know what she is doing. Stay a way from this dealer

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.
