Terrible experience from start to finish. They first gave me an inflated quote, and when I asked about the high mileage on the vehicle, they made up a story to cover it - then ended up offering a $2K discount over the phone, but instead of simply discounting the $2k from the selling price, they manipulated the numbers and added more than $2K in ‘Gorman add-ons’ to the quote. When I kindly questioned these charges, they stopped responding altogether, even after I followed up. It’s clear Ruben and team only target people who aren’t making informed decisions.

The dealership was very quick to respond to my request. When I arrived I was greeted and assisted rapidly. Phillip is a great and honest salesman, I also had direct dealings with the Car Manager Jose and the General Manager Reggie. Both of them were eager to answer my questions and very transparent. This is truly one of the best experiences I’ve had and I won’t hesitate to call them in the future!
