My salesman, Tom, was great. Things went well and fast, but then the finance department, like most car dealerships, is the worst. Once again, I was taken by the finance department, charged a fee that doesn't exist, and was always pushed to accept a higher interest rate. When I was approved for a lower rate.

I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove an hour and a half with my daughter and spent several hours negotiating what I thought was a fair price. Later, I realized the $200 deduction for the damaged steering wheel cover was never applied, and about a week after the sale I discovered the car needed all new tires. During signing, I was told the car would receive a fresh detail, but when I got in, it was clear no cleaning had been done. I was exhausted from the long day and still had a long drive home, so I didn’t have the energy to insist they fix it. While I take responsibility for not catching everything, a trustworthy dealership should disclose issues upfront—especially safety-related ones. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, and I will not be recommending this dealership to family or friends.
