From my point of view purchasing a car on line from that dealership everything works well.

Collin was probably the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with.

Queried on the availability of a car twice and never responded. Car was sold about a week AFTER I first inquired to which they never responded.

I would recommend any out of State buyers to refuse to purchase a car from a dealer in California. This Mini Dealership in University City tried to force me to pay full California Taxes even though I am a Resident of another State and will never register or live in California. They tried to force me to pay $2K above asking to a "Preferred Shipping" company. I walked in with pre- approved lending and they could have worked with me to let me drive the car off the lot. Car dealers jobs are to do what it takes to get the sale complete and not push forced $2k Shipping fees for someone who can be in their shop to pick the car up the next day. If they really wanted the sale they would have found the loophole. Unprofessional and just wanted to punish a buyer into paying double sales tax.
