Vehicle was super clean and Certified. Bill took pride in owning the end-to-end Customer Experience. My wife knew right away that she wanted to purchase the vehicle. It was really a test to see if Bill might talk himself out of a sell. However, his overall knowledge of the vehicle and technical capabilities was so impressive we did not even ask for additional discounts on purchase. Loved the feel of the dealership. We were told that it was independently owned and not part of a franchise. You could tell based on how the employees operated. Everyone seemed as though they had "skin-in-the-game". They also placed a bow on every purchase and parked it in garage for photo-ops. That's a great final touch and makes the entire process worth the wait. Appreciate the folks over at Sterling BMW!

Sales is very professional

The problem was me. My fill time residence is Park City Utah. I am now in Palm Springs. I will be back in Utah the end of April and try again when I am hime. Love this car and would have bought it if I were home

This is the shadiest dealership. I wanted to buy a mercedes of their lot and they agreed that I could pay for a pre purchase inspection on the mercedes before buying to be on the safe side as I live out of state and would not be able to see the car myself before buying. I picked the mechanic shop and paid just under 300$ for the inspection. It came back with 2 issues, one of which was the intake manifold code indicating it needed to be replaced, the other power steering fluid was a little low. I shared the entire report with them to which they said their mechanic did not agree but would sell it to me anyway just not do any repairs. I said yes but had a few more clarification questions before signing. At that point they told me they were not going to sell the car to me now to avoid potential future issues. Having already shared the ppi I paid for. I'm out 300$, w/ no car, they refuse to refund or respond. They raised the price online and have sense sold it to someone else.
