I had a 1pm appointment today to test drive a 2020 Nissan Leaf SL Plus that was listed for sale. I drove 1.5 hours after confirming the appointment. When I arrived, I was told the car had already been sold, but no one contacted me beforehand to cancel or update me. They allowed me to make the entire trip without any heads-up, which was incredibly disrespectful of my time and gas money. Basic communication— a simple phone call or text—would have prevented this entirely. This experience shows a lack of professionalism and customer consideration. I would not recommend this dealership based on how they handled this situation
