Jon at Lugoff Nissan was very quick to respond to my inquiry about the vehicle I was interested in. We set up an appointment time for me to test drive the vehicle. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that he was never pushy or overly in "car salesman" mode. Very inconsistent communication. Glen would call and say they can’t work with me. Which was fine I like the honestly but then someone else would call and say they can. When I wanted the to send me something because I love over an hour away I would never get anything and the they call again. It’s annoying

I made a specific appointment to drive from Charlotte to Columbia to test drive a specific car that they had on the lot for sale. Right before I left my house to drive the 90 minutes to their dealership, I checked my email to see if I had received any messages from the woman from McDaniels Subaru with whom I had been communicating. I had no updates from McDaniels at all. However, I did receive an email from CG that the vehicle that I was going to drive 90 minutes, one way, to test drive had already been sold!! Very unprofessional behavior/lack of communication by McDaniels!!
