Best interaction hands down. Transparent pricing before I got there and most of the financing was able to be taken care of on my way. Shortest time spent in a dealer ever. Worked hard to get me the best rate they could, beating my credit unions rate. 10/10 would recommend.

This vehicle was advertised as a "switch" and "bait" scheme. On February 16, 2026, the dealer listed the vehicle for sale at $39,000. On February 26, 2026, it lowered the price to $29,500 across multiple third-party platforms, including, CarGurus, Carfax, Cars.com, TrueCar, Langley Federal Credit Union, and its' own website. I contacted the dealer and the Internet Sales Director, Ciara Taylor, emailed me the dealer's iPacket that included information about the vehicle, provided my personal identifying and financial information on the credit application specifically listing this vehicle, the VIN and the advertised price. I test drove the vehicle and received the Carfax. After the dealer pulled my credit and saw that I had a Tier 1 credit score, one of the sales Managers, Colin approached me and tried to switch me into another vehicle, a 2026 Genesis with a list price of $55,000. I declined that vehicle, and explicitly stated that I came to buy the advertised BMW, not a Genesis.

We're negotiating. They don't want to accept the value of a car that isn't theirs. They're firm with their prices, but a trade-in is another matter. Let's see what happens!

It was not clear that I was talking with an AI agent for 2 days prior to my visit. When I arrived at the dealership I asked for "Lisa" - the person who I had been communicating with and scheduled my visit. At no point was I informed that I was meeting with someone else. When I asked for her upon arriving, the first associate laughed and misleadingly said "Lisa is working remotely today". Seeing that I was confused a second salesperson let me know she's just AI. He also said they avoid being transparent about that so that is why his colleague said she's "working remotely". The one salesperson was rude and just said "well all of the dealerships are doing that now".... That's not good customer service and enough to frustrate any customer. The guy came off condescending at times and had an a little bit of an attitude. He, in so many words said he won't be there much longer so I guess he didn't care to put in much effort. Basically, I won't be returning or recommending this dealership.
