I was completely satisfied with every aspect of Coughlin. My salesman was helpful and professional. The manager was great about offering me an extended warranty but not pushy when I said I couldn't afford it. I love my car and will definitely recommend these people if anyone I know is looking to purchase a vehicle.

2025 CX5 Vehicle not available for test drive, test drove a 2023 Cx5, Preferred trim as the 2025. The 2023 had no warranty, where the 2025 would have 2 years mfg warranty left. No sale. Found out the 2025 was just sold . Still asking internet sales rep to find a 2025 Cx5 with Premium + Trim level with remaining mfg warranty under 25 k miles with No black or white exterior color. Sales staff was helpful and cordial.
