The vehicle that I requested information on was not something that we could use. I could only test drive it on their lot. They would have delivered it to me, because I could not have driven it on the road. None of this was indicated in the listing. It was listed as a great deal. Wrong.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime. I also worked with Kim for the financing side of things. Easily the best financing manager I have ever worked with, she worked very hard to get me an amazing interest rate. As well as not forcing me to buy warranties and other add-ons. She explained each one and why certain ones would be good for me. If anyone I know is in the market for a car in the future I will tell to go here it was that good of an experience.

I had contacted the dealership 3 times to get try to set up a deal for a used truck. Was told 3 times someone will get back to me to take my trade information. No one has called or text back. I am 3 hours from the dealership and dont want to waste a day of driving if a deal cant be made.
