The dealer was good. The person that helped sell me the bronco went out of his way to help and the even had a specialist sit with me and talk about all the features of the vehicle. He had taken about thirty minutes to go over features that I didn’t know about or was not shown on the test drive. The banker was not pleasant as it was the last one of the night and I didn’t want all the warranty extras. He was not happy and that was all my wife and I chatted about later. Overall experience was good

Initial email exchanges with the used sales manager seemed a bit rude and he was completely unwilling to consider any price negotiations. Still went to check out the car which was very nice. Even with pre-arranged financing, it still took 3 hours to buy the car! They tried several times to get me to do a credit application even though I did not want their financing and the final price was a little over $100 over the quote I'd received by email - they had padded out the title & registration costs claiming I'll get it back if it doesn't actually cost that much. Why would you have to estimate tag & title fees? Those are fixed by the state. They also tried to sell me on a bunch of "protection packages" which would have increased the price of the car by at least 50%. Probably standard procedure in car sales, but it really irked me. Stuff like this is why most people hate the car buying process.
