Upon looking at the automobile, I found the air conditioning was not working. I asked the sales man to check in and see what he could do about it and get back with me. He said he would be in touch the next day. I have not heard from them since.

I messaged them about the vehicle through the CarGurus app never got a response tried to call their phone numbers and it would ring and disconnect we drove over there and nobody was there when you look at their website it stated that it was by appointment only but yet you couldn't get through at their phone numbers so I never got to look and see if the vehicle was there never got to speak with anybody nothing it's been a week and a half since I sent the message about the vehicle and still have not gotten a response
