Quick and easy, very nice guys and quick to respond. 100% transparency on their end, was able to do the whole deal over the phone and drive in from two hours away to sing everything and get out in two hours. Car was spotless and looked even better in person.

Used car buyers of this dealership beware!! Deceptive and shady salesmen who show no respect to their potential customers. After negotiating for a one owner, low miles, no accident car for a price still over KBB and taking the day off to make the 6 hour trip to VA, we find the car had indeed very clearly been in an accident and needed body work. The dealer claimed 1) he was not aware of it - BS! and 2) they did not have to disclose it because it was pictured. While the pictures were taken from every side of the car, the one with the damage was very cleverly and manipulately captured so as to hide it. Why they didn't fix it in the first place or disclose what they were truly trying to sell is beyond me and furthermore they were willing to make no concessions except to now have it fixed and shipped to us. Well that trust was already broken. Felt like I had shown up to a cutrate buy here pay here lot and felt completely disrespected. Don't waste your time with them!
