Jennifer Lybrook was the very best sales person i think i have dealt with in several years. Super knowledgeable, kind and not pushy at all. She’s also beautiful for the eyes and made the purchase easy for me. Never hassled me or bother me on the phone, only emails off n on. She made sure I was happy and had the car detailed and checked again for any issues.

Wasted time and gas to go to this dealer just to find they add $2000 of extras and will not remove it from the price. They are not optional and not included in the advertised price. This dealer is a HUGE SCAM!!!! Don’t waste your time unless you can afford the extra $2000 added to the price. One feature was called “forever start”, it cost about 1200, then there was something for $695 (paint protection I think) and something else for $295. A rip off!

Bought car 6 days ago. After 3 days, it is inoperable and I have tried contacting sale rep, and they have ignored me. Got in contact with Service department, and I will be taking this car to the Caddy dealer by my house. I purchased the extended warranty with $500 deductible, thankfully. I have had the car 6 days, and it has been inoperable for over 50% of the time I have owned the vehicle. Caveat Emptor!!!
