I test drove a toyota sienna. Asked them to lower the price. They said they would drive the car and consider it and call me back. That day they sold the car for $1,100 less. Never a peep from them about the price change. RUDE

Communication prior to our arrival was incredible. We reached out to shoe interest in the Silverado and were greeted and welcomed by text with information on securing the truck dive we were not local to that area. We arrived and test drive the truck and immediately knew we wanted it. The rest was an easy process. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely not the dealership feel and was like a campus!

Overall had a good experience. I noticed afterwards the Financials buried under the sales talk. They did help me get into a vehicle that I love, but the financing situation seems to be predatorial. Sales teams marking up cost to get a check. The matk up isn't apparent. I looker closer at the financial terms of the vehicle and sales price was around $20k dealership fees brought that amount to $26k then the actual lender had harsh lending terms. Doubled what the sale price was. So I hope to pay off as much on principle within a year and make on time payments then refinance. Again, kind of mixed review but im happy and also let down.
