Appt confirmed when we arrived an excuse given for why the car was no longer available.

I'm still working with them. So far I'm not sure if they are very helpful.

We drove all the way to Kirkland from Yakima to see the truck that I had talked to salesman about the afternoon before. We arrived and waited to see him as he was on a call. We went out side to walk around. He came out later and told us that someone had put a deposit on it later in the day that I had called. WE did not get a call to inform us before we went. He said it wasn't a done deal yet. The person was to come in to finalize the deal. He then said we could wait,it may not go through. So we walked around the Toyota lot next door to kill a lot of time. We found a Toyota that we liked and were in the process of buying it when your sales man called to say that the Nissan had sold, but in the process the truck was in a fender bender. We are happy with the truck we did get, but not get with you.

This dealership will use every slimey sales tactic you can imagine, including bait and switch. Even after I told them I'm not interested and not to contact me multiple employees continued to call and text. Stay away from these guys if you want a dealership you can trust

Elisa in charge of digital sales was incredibly helpful and responsive. Keith Anderson was actually the one who sold us the car and he was helpful, communicative and did not pressure us during the process at all and we were able to get a smoking good deal on the vehicle. I'd buy here again
