If I could leave zero stars, I would. This dealership tried to scam me. I was already approved by my lender, but the salesperson tried to force extra products onto the deal to increase their profit. He told me I was required to purchase GAP insurance and a warranty and even claimed the bank required it. That was completely false. I called my bank directly and they confirmed that neither GAP insurance nor a warranty was required for my loan. I also already had my own GAP insurance, but the dealership still tried to make me purchase their GAP coverage through them, which would have added about $3,000 to the total cost of the vehicle. When I confronted the salesperson with what the bank told me, he immediately changed his story and said it was still “needed.” This was clearly a dishonest upselling tactic. This kind of behavior is shady and predatory. I have reported this dealership, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a car here double-check everything with their lende

I found a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor that I'm very interested in buying while I was streaming online. I was contacted the next morning and invited me to come and look at the car and test drive it and drive it home the same day. The 2002 Ford crown Victoria Police interceptor looks very nice and clean inside and out and looks like it's ready for a test drive and the color blue is my favorite color. The person I talked to was very Professional and and polite and very friendly and invited me to come down and look at the car and take it for a test drive and then do the paperwork and drive it home. I was very happy and excited to go see it until I received a phone call from my mom in Phoenix Arizona and told me my Grandma passed away so I had to fly down to be with my family. I just got back home here in Auburn Washington this evening. if this car is still available I like to come and see it. I recommend this dealership to anyone that's looking for a car.

Was given a written offer by email of $13,700 for my car, drive the 40 minutes to test drive the one I was interested in....only to be told they would give me $11k for my trade. Not cool. Promising one number to get you in the door, then not honoring it is deceptive & is why people despise going to car dealerships.

Awesome gentleman, test drive with him was pleasant and no rush or sales hype. Great car, fair price, clean and sale ready. He was willing to meet us with a better price, but our budget was firm. Had we had access to more funds, this was for certain the best value out there.
