Fredrick helped us and we love the truck but… he said it was fully loaded and it is not.. the remote start on the fob was not there and when we purchased the fob and took to a locksmith he clarified the the truck NEVER had remote start so we have to pay for new fobs, a module and service.. the seat does not go up and again we have to pay someone to raise the seat.. Fredrick was very helpful and showed us truck after truck with a smile! He’s a fantastic salesman and definitely an asset to your company..

Terrible. After being hounded for days to come view a car after reaching out for basic info, I arrive and find out after sitting for 30 minutes that the car I came to see was continently sold that morning. I understand the car market is insane but I had received a call that morning confirming that I was coming. They then tried selling me a car $10k over the one I was trying to see. The process of buying a vehicle has been draining because of dealers like this!

Advertised the car as a "cash price", agreed to buy the car at the cash price, they then tried to add over $3,000.00 to the price of the car !? Would not honor the advertised price, so I said "keep the car and went elsewhere and found a better car for a better deal, and NO DEALER FEES! Stay away from this place, super shady operation.

BUYERS BEWARE! Exactly as many other reviews stated. Bait and Switch! Worked with a âonline sales managerâ and Price is not as advertised. To start, the Sales Price on the quote provided for a VW Atlas was $1500 higher than advertise ($24,500 not $23,000). Plus there was an additional mandatory Kia of Leesburg Advantage Package fee of $2495 on top of that. As a cash buyer with a transferable tag the out the door price was $7881.92 higher than the asking price of $23,000. When asked about the increased sales price and âKia Advantage packageâ pricing, I received no response from the sales person. Itâs shady dealers like this that give the car industry a bad name. A dealership in a Small city like Leesburg trying to attract customers from other cities with FALSE advertising and fine print. Instead of making a few grand and having satisfied customers they lure you in with an attractive price and then hit you with the real price which is higher than any other dealer around for same car.
