Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and when we had a couple issues within a couple days they were more then willing to help

I negotiated and agreed on a vehicle purchase price, disclosed outside financing in advance, and signed a buyer’s order after driving two hours to the dealership. After signing, the dealership refused to proceed unless I financed through them — a condition never disclosed beforehand. The deposit was refunded only after escalation. Buyers using credit unions or paying cash should get all financing conditions explicitly in writing before traveling. This experience wasted significant time and was handled poorly.

They were trying to sell me this Ford I checked it out I looked underneath it and found rust on the frame that you can almost put your finger through. That guy told me it was just surface rust I put my hand inside of the frame and started pulling chunks of metal out. I asked him if it was from up North he looked it up on his phone and figure it out it was from New York. He still was trying to sell me the vehicle that was rusted.He had the sales manager getting involved trying to sell me other trucks that they had on the lot and came off rude right from the get-go. After seeing how bad the first truck was I didn't want to get into any of the vehicles they were trying to hide issues with their
