Went for a test drive. The tires were bad. The drive was extremely loud and unsafe. Instead of addressing the safety issue, the sales manager accused us of not wanting the car, wasting his time and began raising his voice at us. Rude, unprofessional and I would not recommend them. We bought at a different dealership a couple days later. They missed out on a sale and their car still has faulty tires that can hurt the next person who drives it.

We worked with the team at Bill Luke for almost a week on a vehicle purchase that was more complicated than usual due to coordinating financing and an insurance claim. We were very transparent throughout the process and clearly communicated that we intended to purchase the vehicle, but needed a day or two for everything to align. We were explicitly told not to worry and that the vehicle would be available for us. Despite that assurance, the car was sold out from under us. The experience was frustrating from the start. On day one, we had a scheduled reservation to view the vehicle, but the person we were supposed to meet with was unavailable. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for someone else to help us, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. Overall, this felt like the textbook “used car dealership” experience—poor communication, broken assurances, and a lack of respect for the customer’s time and commitments. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Bill Luke.
