Dealership made a deal on the truck and took a deposit, only to cancel the transaction on me almost a week later. Similar issue with another vehicle done for a family member at same time. Vehicle was deposited on at an agreed price and situation, however hadn’t gone through detail… days later the dealer called and wanted more money for the vehicle or they were going to back out…. Meantime I had to call several times to talk to someone who could actually get my deposit back… took multiple calls and no communication back until the last guy that helped me actually came through… however that was today. We will see if I ever see this money. Horrible communication, and super sheister business practices… cost me another deal I had worked and a lot of time and frustration trying to get communication. I will never buy from them again nor will I ever suggest anyone goes there regardless of price… shame on this dealership for being shady.
