Just go somewhere else. I like my vehicle, but after inquiring about the vehicle they added another $10,000 of costs. I probably should have walked away. The truck had been previously wrecked and had front end damage and was told it had been fixed. The paint does not match where it was wrecked and the truck is pulling to one side. Told me they would include the carfax report. When I got home, I realized the carfax had not been included in my paperwork and we are suddenly unable to get access to the original report they sent us. I have been trying to call the dealership to inquire and they won't call back. The whole situation doesn't bode well.

Excellent experience! Jimmy in sales was quick to confirm the availability of the truck I was looking at online. Bill nicely closed the deal with honesty and integrity. I enjoyed making the deal so quickly and it has already been shipped to my office for a reasonable fee.

Their communication by phone and email isn't great. Expect long wait times at reception as well. Nathan as a salesman was great and helped me over multiple days to get through the purchase process, due to a crazy schedule. Other staff were often poorly organized and opaque about waiting and processing times.

The brought the car out without even make ready which was cool I didn't plan on buying they've always been patience and helpful.

They clearly did not want my business because I was an out of state buyer. Didn’t want to answer questions. I had to call three times to get information about an 80k truck I wanted to purchase. When I finally did get ahold of someone they never got me the information I was requesting. I called again the next day. The next guy I talked to seamed bothered and inconvenienced by me wanting information. I will spend my almost 100k with someone that wants my business. Blown away how little they cared to sell me a vehicle.

A bunch of stuff was added to the price of the truck without my knowledge. Was charged for warranty I didn't ask for or know about. Truck arrived without floor mats or a second key. You'd think for 78,000 dollars a second key wouldn't be a problem. None of these things haven been sent to me yet. 4 days later.

Although I was not able to complete a purchase with Forrest Lane, I would highly recommend their team to friends and family!

Called the dealer before showing up and glad i did. Price on website was not the actual, after asking for the actual price i was told there was an $3500 add on top of the advertised price plus tt&l and prep fees. This dealer is insane charging people bogus charges.
