I was car shopping, not really ready to buy just checking numbers and seeing what I can afford, and the staff were really determined to sell me a car. I work full time and can't afford to even buy used in this economy. I ask a simple question, for an out the door price. They won't give me an out the door price over the phone, give me the usual bs speech about how they're super competetive... psshh... yeah sure. You all say that. Then they bust out the "our manager has a sweet deal for you".... I'm thinking alright, I'm about to get a discount on my purchase. Haha... they ask me what I want to drink when I get there to discuss pricing... that was the "sweet" deal. Haha. Keep in mind I live 3 hrs away and all I want is a straight forward price. Anyways, other than being super aggressive on pushing a sale and avoiding straight forward pricing, the staff are helpful and communicative. All in all, usual dealership shenanigans.

Classic bait-and-switch. They confirmed over the phone that a specific car was available, but when I arrived, they claimed it was 'sold' and immediately pushed more expensive models. On top of that, they lied about credit checks—they promised they wouldn't run a credit report for a cash/check purchase, but they did it anyway. Untrustworthy. Do not believe what they say, inspect everything yourself, and read every line before signing

My sales person was excellent. The finance guy was horrible, pushing and pushing to sell a warranty and other products , he even was trying scare tactics. If the finance guy scared me too much , not only would I not buy the warranties or other products , I would not buy the car at least not at this dealership. The process was extremely time consuming especially considering there didn't need to be any haggling, I will not purchase extras ever, they just drew it out longer then necessary and I missed a romantic date I had planned for that evening. She rescheduled. I am happy with the vehicle so far. Ken f.
