I could not get feedback to be able to purchase

They quoted me over 41k for a car listed at 27k they stated they didn't ship even though on the website it said they did I had 4 or 5 phone conversation all of which they tried to up charge me for not using the dealerships preferred lender. I would have bought the car but the staff and process were so bad I'll have to wait for another one.

I was told they would give me a call back. When they did a few hours later they said car was sold already..

sent an email looking at this vehicle did not hear anything back from the dealership for almost 30 hours. Was told the vehicle was available drove down there and the salesman that contacted me had no idea where the vehicle was at completely disorganized. The advertise price was not correct. The dealership had all kinds of dealer markups on the addendum.

This was easily the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. The car had no photos online, so I called before driving out. Tim told me it was “basically brand new” with only one dent that had been fixed. That was completely misleading. When we arrived, I found multiple dents, badly scratched rims, a paint chip, peeling interior panels, and stains—none of which were mentioned. Instead of acknowledging the issues, Tim and another salesman downplayed everything, saying, “You should see the new ones that come in, they look worse than this,” and “You’re not going to find a better deal.” When I continued pointing out problems, Tim became defensive and rude to both me and my girlfriend, eventually saying, “I don’t even want to sell you the car anymore” and dismissively telling us, “You two go have a nice dinner or something.” Misleading customers and then getting hostile when they notice the problems is unacceptable. Avoid this dealership. Also I found the car I wanted newer and cheaper!

I didn’t have a good experience with this dealer, we were emailing back and forth said they have the vehicle available, called them an they said they will hold it for me for sure. I drove the next day early morning 7 hour drive and they notify me when I’m close to the dealer that they sold the vehicle! That is unacceptable and wrong for a business to do that especially if your holding it for someone coming from a distance!

I liked the car and test driven it. When it came down to discuss the price they added several covers being the price up by near $4000. We walked away. Stay away from them
