Dealer contacted me, car was ready and I purchased it. Salesman, Jose Soto was great. Very accommodating and respectful and polite. Car was as advertised with actual mileage, remaining mfgr warranty + 2 addl yrs warranty for it being a VW certified. They provided the carfax and service record since new. Also came with 10k/ 20k/ 30k service included. It as an easy purchase decision.

Initially, the dealer replied right away. When I asked for out the door numbers and a sight unseen trade in offer on a Tuesday near the end of the day, the salesperson said they would get them to me on Thursday because they were off work on Wednesday. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase. If the deal was right, I was ready to pull the trigger, just wasn't going to jump on any deal that I found. Fast forward, they never gave me the numbers, and I never heard back from them. Two weeks later they still have the vehicle, and I traveled elsewhere to purchase.

Nice enough until it came down to financing. They wanted me to finance with them at 5.97%, when the financing I secured was 4.97%, and then when they found out I had my own financing they said they don't allow outside financing. Then when I was about to walk out they said, we'll let you do your own financing if we can throw another $2k on the price of the vehicle. (I can only guess that 2K would be the kickback from the bank for having the customer finance with them.) Overall, just a shady dealership, but I'm sure they are more of the rule than the exception. Didn't purchase the car with them. I ended up buying my IS350 AWD off Autotrader.com.

2026 ram 1500 rebel was listed as new online. In description said nothing about having more miles then listed in pics/description. Get to dealer and they tell me the truck is a demo and has 3800 miles. Waste of four hours round trip.
