Sales person and sales mgr were emailing me at the same time, contradicting each other. Finally, I thought we had gotten to a deal, only to arrive at the dealership and find a car with undisclosed body damage and only 8mos left on an original warranty (AT CPO prices!!). The sales person was overtly rude.. direct quotes include "Who told you it was certified?"(while looking at the vehicle listing labeled "CPO") and "Do you want to test drive it or not?" (in response to my questions about the body damage). I obviously did not buy, nor will I return in the future.
