Oh my God, been to this dealership to look at a car being a mechanic. I observe the car have an oil leak coming from the engine pointed out to the sales person was right next to me told me he’s not seen any oil leak. I took videos he went Back into the office. Call the manager. Tell the manager ain’t got no oil leak on the car. I show the manager footage videos that I took from The Car the manager said oh it’s a 2016. What do you expect? It’s a used car. He’s not gonna do nothing. He’s gonna sell it like that And trying to get me still take the car at that high risk and tell me if I need to he can put me in a new car walk outside because I believe these people crazy’ only to see they’re putting on a temp tag on the very car. I was test driving to this woman and her daughter. I’m like you’re really gonna sell that car with the oil leak to these people. They told me it wasn’t an oil leak. It was actually sud from cleaning the engine. With the chemical, I still have the videos

Tried to make a deal for a Toyota Tacoma which has been sitting on the lot for 70+ days. It’s advertised with options (bed cover, heated seats, mats) that are not on the truck. That impacts the price but they didn’t want to take that into consideration to make a deal. Very disorganized. Would not recommend.

Very pleased with Nasser, the salesman, and the GM. Although I was willing to make a down payment, and come back in two days, they wanted me to drive out that day with their car. We agreed to fill out loan papers, but I was coming back in two days with a check for the remaining balance. Finance never should have processed the loan unless I didn’t come back as we discussed. This never should have hit my credit report. Reason for missing a star.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I reached out on behalf of a friend about a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for over 60 days. The online price was shown as $29,xxx, but the next day it suddenly changed to $30,xxx. Naturally, I asked about the price change. Instead of providing a professional explanation and continuing the conversation, the manager Tom told me that the dealership would not sell me the car — even if the price drops. His response was emotional, unprofessional, and included personal accusations that had nothing to do with the vehicle purchase. It is completely understandable that dealerships can choose who they do business with, but being disrespectful to a customer simply for asking a common pricing question is unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering doing business here to be prepared for this type of treatment.

Dealership was slow, not accommodating and provide little to no responses. Components such as the extra key fob did not work and was not giving an opportunity to test. No price adjustment towards the vehicle but the financial guy sure pushed maintenance and warranty plans due to a contest they were having. Dealership is all about themselves and not the customer, stay away.

Great experience. Sales representative Chase and sales manager was great to work with. Unfortunately, I pondered too long on the offer and missed the vehicle that fit all of my criteria.
