This place is absolute trash. I communicated with them ahead of time and was clear that I was driving two hours to see a specific vehicle. Upon arrival they had the vehicle out front and ready. The vehicle was unsafe to the point where it never should have been taken off the lot and had major transmission issues as soon as turning onto the main road. Advertised as a “family suv”. I wouldn’t let my family within 100 ft of this dump let alone inside any vehicle they sell. No concern for safety or respect for my time. Just go somewhere else.

Typical large volume auto dealership. Took this vehicle for a test drive; noticed the passenger window wouldn't roll up all the way and front passenger shock was blown. Aftermarket suspension system (Fox 2.5 Factory Race Series) is expensive to replace. Window regulator and motor aren't horribly expensive, but the labor costs are. Vehicle was also a Corporate/Fleet use, as well as having two accidents listed on Carfax and Experian. Made a cash out the door offer of 18750 and was all but scoffed at. Salesman proceeded to explain what all aftermarket parts had been added but failed to mention the Corporate/Fleet use, or address the window or shock issue. If you're looking at this truck, don't pay what they're asking; it's not worth it.

Sam was very courteous and attentive to our concerns while we were looking at the truck we seen on Car Gurus. They did make minor adjustment on price for a couple issues on the hood that I didn't like. But the most refreshing thing I appreciated was the advertised price is what they were selling the truck for with the OE options listed. They weren't like other dealers adding on thousands of dollars for things they already added to the vehicle like Lojack type theft systems, body paint sealant or certified vehicle charges that were not included in the listed price. I'm very happy with the 2024 Ram 1500 Laramie I purchased.
