Straight forward dealer. Even though I went a different route this time around, I would absolutely consider working with these guys next time around without hesitation.

Hey guys, I usually do just good reviews, but I think this one deserves a sincere and thorough review. First of all, they offer you a trading range, and obviously the range should be respected because that’s the range. If they go to the lower limit of normal, that will be bad. The car should be in a very bad condition. However, to my surprise, he was actually out of range, no, even at the lower limit of normal, when my car is looks like brand new. He has some insignificant scratch on the back door that you can see only if you get too close to the paint. Then the supervisor comes to negotiate like he’s a king, no, say hi, no hello, and gives me a price And walk away to see if I will pay more. The whole process was a nightmare. The supervisor doesn’t have manners, doesn’t have a clue how to deal with customers or do business. My recommendation is:. Never go there. If he acted like that, you can expect anything from this dealership. I would rate the dealership -1.

I did purchase a 2025 Chrysler Pacific. The van is great so far. 2 Things I didn't appreciate was 1) Being told as retired military that I wasn't eligible for the military discount that Chrysler offered. After showing and explaining the definition, I was able to get a partial discount. 2) They did not mention that the van does not come with a spare tire. I thought a spare tire was something every vehicle comes with. At least tell me so I could get a spare before driving in Chicago.

Very Nice experience. They were very expedient on supplying the information on the questions that I ask to them. They projected an image of Professionalism that was inspiring to see. The Salesman was a pleasure working with him.

They took a very long time, 5 hours to put a deal together with us. I'm not sure if that was a tactic of theirs? We were so tired by the end of it we couldn't negotiate well. They sold us a certification for the used Jeep for $3,482, they sold us other insurance that I am not sure we needed to buy. I am upset that we bought everything they sold us. We were nervous about buying a used car. After taxes, fees and all the extra insurance we spent way too much! If I could do it over I wouldn't have gotten some of the extras they pushed. They also took a long time and didn't fill the gas tank. We almost ran out of gas on the way home!
