I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this dealership was disappointing enough to share. I visited twice and was genuinely ready to purchase a 2024 Defender — well-informed, respectful, and prepared to make a deal. Unfortunately, I was met with a rigid, almost dismissive attitude from the sales staff. There was absolutely no flexibility on pricing, even though the vehicle has been sitting on their lot for months. Instead of trying to work toward a reasonable middle ground with a serious buyer, the team chose to defend their numbers and display an air of superiority, as if we were competing rather than negotiating. It’s baffling that a dealership would rather let a vehicle age on their lot than show basic professionalism and effort to earn someone’s business. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback, because this kind of stubborn, dismissive approach is exactly why deals and customers are lost.
