Got totally screwed by Infinity of Lynwood. After applying for a loan at the request of the sales person (I hold super-prime credit), the sales person advised me that the owners grandson took the car and decided to “keep it”.

Awful experience with this dealer's communication. When you try to negotiate the price or simply ask whether they can offer a better deal, they either resend the exact same listing or reply with, "Let us know when you're ready to move forward," without addressing your question. The most disappointing part is that they sent me an offer at a price that was higher than the one they later advertised publicly. After lowering the advertised price, they still insisted on charging me the original, higher amount, as if I wouldn't notice or do my own research. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
