They practice in bait and switch. They lure you into the dealership with a low pricde and then they add a $2000 "finance charge" and a $695 dealer fee.

Great place to buy a used car. Manager and salesperson treated me with total respect and care. Their prices are excellent and their customer service makes for a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Got pre-qualification via Car Gurus. Did every step in the website. The initial salesperson disappeared on me. I explained that I was out of state. They connected me with the manager. The whole process was like trying to pull teeth. They kept me asking for updates while I had my local dealerships hounding every 5 seconds to make a sale. But not these guys. Finally he said I had to fill the credit app which I already knew I had to file given that I only had a PRE-QUALIFICATION. Several days later they are like, you got approved, this is the payment... about twice the amount of monthly payment I had listed on my pre-qualification. I got a call from the person dealing with the financial part and told me (because I asked for the detailed numbers) that the only person who could provide me with those was the manager who was out already because of a personal emergency and that I should receive a call on Thursday (it was Tuesday) and I'm still waiting. Already got a car somewhere else.

Works with you and actually has a conversation. They know there is no gold plated parts in the vehicle.

Worst car buying experience ever, so many red flags. Went in to make a deal but I had to wait a few days for the title to come in, which was fine since it’s not the dealers fault. I put a deposit down to hold it. That day we made negotiations and I was promised a few things that would be completed before the title came in so I don’t have to wait any longer for the car. Once the title came in I made the necessary changes. We set a date to come in. I sent over paperwork and made changes to expedite the process. The day before the appointment I was asked if I can come in that day instead. A hour before coming in I was handed over to another salesperson with out notice or reason. I was then asked to reschedule to the next day. So after re arranging my schedule again I called the next day to come in. When I arrived to close the deal but when inspected the car, the work that was promised was not done. I did not close the deal due to the overall experience and took my business elsewhere.

Price is not what they advertise. They should change this. It is highly deceiving.
