Dealer was very pleasant and helpful, made the experience easy to purchase car.

The first person I talked to to was nice. I told him my limit on price, he said that reducing the price to save the sale. The second person said lowering the price was out of the question. I said no deal and hung up.

Provided the info requested without hassle. Team could have been a little more in sync. However it was a good experience overall.

Dealer engages in hidden fees and shuffling buyer from one sales person to the next, and each one adding new “fees” to the price, including a demand that the buyer finance the car or face a hefty increase in the purchase price. Car had three different kinds of tires on it and I had to push hard to have matching tires put on the car. Delivery was smooth but car didn't have a license plate bracket requiring me to buy one from a Genesis dealer. If a buyer knows how much the car is worth, then using this dealer is a good choice since they seem to have good deals available. I did buy the car, but I paid $5,000 more than the price advertised. It was still about $3,000 less than a comparable price, so I went forward with it, but was on the verge of walking out of the dealer.

I was promptly contacted but the car I inquired about was not available.

Steve got in touch with me and quickly got my financing in place. I have completed the finance paperwork and purchased insurance ahead of picking up the vehicle next Monday. Very easy dealership to work with. I highly recommend them!

Although I did end up purchasing my vehicle, my experience at this dealership was far from what I would expect when making such a significant investment. I spent nearly six hours at the dealership, and throughout that time, the process felt disorganized and misleading. What made it more frustrating was that we had been in contact for over a week prior to my visit. I had an appointment, yet when I arrived I waited about a half hour until he could meet with me. The salesperson was fully aware of the exact car I wanted, my price expectations, and my readiness to buy. Yet, when I arrived, I felt disregarded and as though my time was not valued. While I am pleased with my vehicle, I would caution others to think twice about doing business here. Transparency and respect should never feel optional in a dealership experience.
