If I could rate this 100 I would! Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! I was just browsing online and they dealership called me and was very helpful, upfront and HONEST. I lived 4 hours away and they assured me if I made that trip that I would drive away in the vehicle I wanted, and I done just that. The process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced with no issues. They even called every week since my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my vehicle. Definitely recommend and will never shop anywhere else other than Steele!

I emailed to get a price on the car i got an email back that they did not have a price yet so I waited then I got an alert that it had been sold and no one bothered telling me it was gone and still haven't even been told a price but keep getting offers to buy other cars when the one I was interested in was gone

I couldn’t believe a dealership would sell a vehicle that is not safe to drive. And dont tell me everything was shown online that the car has a salvage title. I had salvage title car in the past but it was safe to drive i had it for almost 10 yrs i replaced it because i needed a bigger vehicle. But this one. The engine was loud, i could feel the vibration on the steering wheel. Passenger side door felt hallow when i closed it. Shifting gear was bad as well. The paint in the back bumper has a completely different color red from the rest. Agent has no idea about the vehicle. This car should be for parts and not be driven on the road.

Horrible, I tried to close the deal, all I need from them was the name for me to put at the Cashier's check becausei was driving i asked them to txt it to me, the lady that answered the phone, couldn't do it, didn't know it, i then gave her my number. And strangely enough there was nobody available in the entire store to help me. Bank closed today, can't get a Cashier's check until the 26 th due to the holiday, I fly out at 5 am from Vegas to San Antonio, meaning that I can't get the check
