The communication from this dealership is close to nonexistent and if you need repairs on your vehicle after limited warranty is expired…they will go out of their way to not get it back to you in a timely manner. And, if you need help navigating an issue with General Motors, don’t hesitate expect any help from them. And lastly, make sure to get a complete description of any and all repairs that were done and not done. Would not recommend this dealership with anyone who I would consider a friend or family.

I had an excellent buying experience at GUNN in Seguin. I called to inquire about the car I found on Car Gurus. The car was available, priced great, and was accurately described in the listing. I received a fair price for my trade and was overall very happy with the experience.

I had a great experience with Griffith Ford in Seguin, Texas. First forward no hidden dealer charge honest and fair to the customer prices. I can not recommend this dealership enough. My salesman Arnold was the best, he took great care of me, it was worth the drive andthe time it took coming from Port Lavaca, Texas. I tried to deal with local dealership in Port Lavaca, but they didn't seem to care about my needs and tried to stick me with vehicles I didn't want, I came knowing what I wanted, a Ford Edge and the ones they had were overpriced and they wanted to stick me high payments and then were trying to stick with vehicles that I didn't want and made feel that there way was my option. Well got on online and found this one and Arnold my salesman was very attentive to my needs and sent pictures and video of the vehicle and Vin number so I could check insurance prices. Spoke with him Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning was on my way to pick up my 2024 Ford Edge.

If I could rate this 100 I would! Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! I was just browsing online and they dealership called me and was very helpful, upfront and HONEST. I lived 4 hours away and they assured me if I made that trip that I would drive away in the vehicle I wanted, and I done just that. The process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced with no issues. They even called every week since my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my vehicle. Definitely recommend and will never shop anywhere else other than Steele!

Sales staff, great. Finance, poor. Never, ever returned my calls or texts.

The owner said he could get me a guaranteed approval and then proceeded to run my credit 7 times from 7 different financial institutions just to tell me my application got denied. He then said he would follow up the next day with updates which he never did. Communication and overall experience was a 0/10.
