Great follow ups

I've written and deleted this review a few times. Then I read others reviews commenting on Hyundai's "bait and switch" issue. It's true, unfortunately. The Camry was advertised at $30,500 which was a good deal. When we got there (we live in San Diego), there's another $5900 in add ons! Yes, seriously, $5900!! Only when we were in our car ready to leave after a couple of hours of going back and forth, did the "owner" remove the add ons and wanted to make the sale. We declined. It was a waste of our time, it leaves a sour taste for Hyundai, and absolutely nothing was accomplished by Hyundai. Suggestion: Please reconsider your standards.

All employees was really good

Unwilling to negotiate fair price, aftermarket products were not advertised clearly, & unwilling to remove products that were not agreed upon which felt like a scam. “The manager” made the experience lackluster by further justifying the aftermarket products & not listening to our concerns. The dealership eventually called back one week later to offer “good news.” Aftermarket prices over $3k for all products totaling no more than $300 at most. Overall negative experience & would advise customers to be cautious when negotiating with this location.

Dealer gave me a good deal on this Jetta and a fair price on my trade in. I recommend this dealership and auto group for a pleasant buying experience

Have to say upon seeing the price of this Sonata SEL, I reached out to the dealer for more information. They reached out and told me the price was $6k more then the listed price as advertised. even though the car was reduced $4k Just comedic to see dealers still baiting people into these situations. Upon that contact I told them to put me on a do not call list. Wouldn't recommend bothering with this especially if they are still doing this in the future.

I drove 2and a half hours to buy a car from them. I introduced my self to the sales manager I had been communicating with on the phone , he said maybe 5 words to me before to turning me over to a young girl to show me the car and had no idea what was going on. Unfortunately the car roof was damaged and I had asked for the sales manager to assist me and the young girl when to get a different one how didn’t even bother to get up at of his seat to speak with me. I told the girl to ask if he could lower the car price so I could get the roof repaired , he said 240 was the best he could do. I then asked to speak to him in person he still was setting at his deck. My son in law went in and said is there anything you can do and the guy said no. The original sales manager texted me the next day and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the car. No thank you . Poor customer Service, very unprofessional. Be aware of what you buy there .

Other than them letting another person try to buy the truck when we were already in process they were pretty easy to work with. Just seemed a little shady in stead of being honest with the other family they let them think there was a possibility they could have it/ and us a possibility we weren’t going to get it
