I reached out to Napleton Auto Park Urbana regarding a RAV4 Prime XSE they had listed as having the “Premium Package.” I spoke with Matthew to confirm some details, specifically whether the car included the Head-Up Display (HUD) that’s part of that package. Matthew told me the vehicle did not have a HUD and insisted that the Premium Package doesn’t include it on 2021 models. When I offered to share information directly from Toyota’s website showing that the HUD is part of the Premium Package, he declined to look at it and told me he had “worked with these vehicles for 30 years” and didn’t need my input. That response came off as dismissive and unprofessional. After doing more research, I discovered that he had actually confused the “Premium Package” with the “Premium Audio” option — two entirely different things. The dealership’s listing is still inaccurate and continues to advertise the car as having the Premium Package even though it does not.
