They were honestly very good when it came to how they were to the costumer, aka me. I went in and they had the car out ready for the test drive, we went for a quick drive and honestly I liked it, when it came to numbers they honestly helped out a lot and got me a somewhat good deal, also service and parts are really helpful and don’t get mad easily like any other place, they actually take there time to help, and yes I bought the Mazda, fell inlove with it first sight!!

Asked a half a dozen questions times whether a couple models had the h-Tex seats and this rep Bryant Juarez wouldn’t sander the question. At first he said all Ioniq 5’a had them. I knew for a fact they didn’t because I looked at a bunch of 2024 SEL’s that did not. So he just kept saying when do you want to come in for a spin instead of answering a basic question I had. Also this was across like 5 email exchanges where he would answer me 24 hours later. I guess he’s just too busy. I bought somewhere else last weekend.
