I called ahead to confirm the mileage since it wasn't listed on the post. When I arrived, the car had over 20,000 more miles than what they told me. When I asked questions, the staff didn't know anything about the car and just said they had "a report." I reviewed their report and compared it to the CARFAX, and it showed accidents they didn't disclose. When they handed us the paperwork, the guy just sat back down on the couch and didn't say a word until we got up and asked something. No effort to explain anything, no professionalism. Overall, very poor customer service and not transparent about their vehicles. Even if the price looks good, it's not worth the hassle or the dishonesty. The guy with curly hair made the experience even more uncomfortable.

sold the car that I had communications with them that I was coming down the next day and waited till I walked in the door to tell me the car had been sold last night. Very disrespectful would never deal with them again.
