I cannot recommend this dealership. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle, a Ford Explorer. I let them know I was traveling over an hour to see it. I confirmed the appointment multiple times, including an hour before arrival, and while enroute, a few minutes before arrival. They confirmed my visit via text. When I arrived, neither of the people I was told to ask for were there. A different person first asked for my license, took photos of it with his phone, and did not give it back. He went to get the vehicle, from Ford dealership next door. After 10 minutes he came back to say the vehicle was sold and tried to sell me on a Jeep or other vehicles that were not what I was looking for. I tried to leave & asked for my license back, he would not give it back, said he needed to make a copy (again). I had to demand it back multiple times. Then he said I needed to wait until he talked to manager who sat hidden, and told me to "stand back". Heard him say I was "very picky".

I called the sales department to schedule a test drive and made an appointment for noon time the next day. After leaving my job and driving one hour to the dealership I was told that the car was in for service and it could have antold that the car was in for service and not available available for a test drive . They took my number but never called. I called a few days later and left a message but was never called back. I purchased the vehicle at a different dealership.

Wasted time, had another customer and kept me on loop just interested enough to hold me as back up plan, then when I literally was ready to proceed for lisyed price without any dropping of price, after wasting 3 days cut me off to tell me its been sold.

I was contacterd by a very friendly staff member when I sent an availability request. I never made it out to the dealership to look at the vehicle however before I was notified it sold.

Jose was an incredible salesperson, he was knowledgeable, helpful and expedient. Went over and above to get the car turned around quickly and onto my hands. On finance dept, ask questions, review the numbers there were some non-transparent elements of the experience.
