My appointment was last week Wednesday 10am, to see a 23 highlander XSE. Sales person was polite and patient with me. Saw the vehicle and went for a test drive. Thursday the next day, I went to test drive another 23 highlander XSE elsewhere but was not impressed with it. Returned On Friday, Traded in my old 2004 Corolla S, 5 speed manual and good good on the 23 highlander XSE that I wanted.

Car wasn’t described properly. Had a massive oil leak and they wouldn’t provide a detailed shop inspection report. After bringing up the oil leak safety issue they refused to budge on the price. In addition. The sales team never even offered us any other vehicle to even look at. The next dealer we went to showed us a car that we weren’t happy with either but then showed us a few options. We bought a vehicle from that dealer.

The cx-5 I made an appointment to see was sold already when I got there. I picked a CRV they said they had on the lot but, it was sold as well. I agreed to look at a RDX they had and it was filthy. The salesman and manager were aware of my budget and said they’d work with me but the chose not to. The entire experience was a total waste of my time.
