I simply asked for out the door price and to include breakdown of costs via email. All I received were emails stating to come in and shop. That's what I did via the internet. We recently made an appointment on Thursday afternoon to look at a vehicle on Friday morning. We drove an hour from Milwaukee, WI, and called during our travels to confirm the vehicle would be ready for a test drive. We were never told that the vehicle had been sold Thursday night, so we wasted over two hours of our time - plus expenses on gas and tolls -without the courtesy of a phone call, text or email to let us know it had sold.

Alonzo was great - had everything ready and made the process smooth and was very straightforward with pricing. He had the vehicle we ended up buying ready for us to test drive, and while we did the test drive he got the appraisal for our trade-in done. In and out in about 2 hours, and most of that was our test drive. Was extremely happy with the service.

Drove 3 hours to see a car that wasn’t even cleaned and they knew I was coming for a week. Pulled the car around scratched and dented everywhere which was not noted anywhere and looked photoshopped out. Rear break light was broken along with door trim. Supposedly had over a 130 some point inspection which none of this got fixed. When told about it I was told (well it’s a used vehicle). Never offered to fix any of it. Then was sold out from under me while I was still looking at it from someone that drove 6 hours to look at it. Never got a heads up or anything. Was told it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but it only lasted 10 year 100,000 miles so only 35,000 more miles. It was a godsend not to buy that P.O.S. Got another for the same price with less miles and everything working with a longer warranty from another local dealer.
